What is workflow automation?
Software that runs a fixed sequence of steps when a trigger happens, such as a new form entry or a set time. Every step is defined in advance, unlike an agent, which decides its own steps.
Example
When a lead fills in the website form, an automation adds them to the CRM, sends a welcome email and posts to the sales channel.
