Karaza is run by KARAZA FZE ("Karaza", "we"), 103, B53, Sharjah Research and Technology Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect on karaza.ai, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to hello@karaza.ai.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you subscribed.

Team enquiries. If you use the enquiry form, we store what you enter: your name, email address, organisation and message.

Visits. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. To prevent abuse of our forms we keep a salted hash of your IP address for a short period. It cannot be turned back into your address. We may use aggregated visit statistics from our hosting platform; these do not identify you.

Admin sign-in. A session cookie is set only for Karaza staff who sign in to manage the site. Visitors get no tracking or advertising cookies.

• To send you the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange training.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running the site, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the site for us: the companies that host the site and its database, and the email service that delivers the newsletter. Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. Each is bound by its own contractual and security commitments.

Our news pages link to articles on other publishers' websites. Their privacy policies apply once you leave karaza.ai.

• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Hashed IP addresses used for abuse prevention: a few days.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@karaza.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
