Yes. It's open to companies from the UAE and abroad. You don't need to be based at SPARK to apply; successful companies can explore setting up there later.

Applications go through technical and commercial evaluation and shortlisting. Selected companies join the program, work toward validation, and present at a final showcase where they compete for the prizes.
