Kirkpatrick model
What is the Kirkpatrick model?
A four-level model for evaluating training: reaction (did they like it), learning (did they learn), behavior (do they use it at work) and results (did the organization benefit).
Example
A feedback form measures level one. Checking in six weeks whether staff still use the new process measures level three.
