AI task force
What is an AI task force?
A team inside an organization that coordinates AI adoption, such as choosing use cases, running pilots and tracking results. Dubai government entities use them alongside their Chief AI Officers.
Example
A department’s task force brings together IT, legal and two operations leads to pick its first three AI pilots.
