What is AI fluency?
The ability to work with AI effectively, efficiently, ethically and safely in your own tasks. The AI Fluency framework by Rick Dakan and Joseph Feller describes it through four competencies: delegation, description, discernment and diligence.
Example
An AI-fluent analyst decides which parts of a report to delegate, briefs the tool clearly, checks its output and takes responsibility for the final version.
