What is adult learning?
The study and practice of how adults learn. Malcolm Knowles’s principles hold that adults learn best when training is relevant to their work, draws on their experience and lets them direct their own learning.
Example
Instead of a lecture on AI history, a session starts by asking each participant which task takes up most of their week.
